How much time do you require to set up?
Again, in a perfect world, we prefer to have 2 hours to set up the band. There is a lot of equipment to carry in and connect up. This takes time to do neatly and to avoid awkward delays at the start of our performance. If the band has to set up more than 2 hours before it is due to start playing (e.g. at a dinner dance function where the band needs to be set up before guests arrive) there may be an additional fee.
